Should be easy to set it up so that it'll produce the same effect as ingesting moon sugar. -------------------- |

Okay, that moon sugar thing, I'm just going to leave
that one alone, it really belongs over in Muffinwind... QUOTE(baratheon79 @ Nov 20 2004, 05:33 PM)
You know, the really sad this is,
I'm a guy, and yet I prefer the so-called "prudish" versions of these two
sets of armor. Of course, if I want to see everything, then I'd
probably have a character go unarmored anyway. Although, I kinda have to wonder about the mental state of anyone who would consider this prudish. I wonder about myself sometimes too. I seem to be happiest only when the blood and entrails of my enemies is running down my arms because I nailed him to the wall and then proceeded to flay him alive using nothing more than my fingernails...pretty typical adrenaline response, so I'm told. Not having enough nails to do that lately, I stare at beautiful naked women and wonder why there's any guilt or shame in it. QUOTE
Oh, by the way, there is a part of
the readme that isn't entirely accurate. When I got my character to the
pawnbroker's shop to buy the armor, I found out that she was really
short on gold, and I didn't really feel like running all the way to Rethan
Manor to get some more out of her stash. So, I just put an arrow in the
pawnbroker, then opened up the console and disabled collision detection,
so I could just walk right through the wall and grab the armor out of the
container hidden out in the void. So, it's not entirely impossible to get the armor if the pawnbroker's dead. Darn...I guess there's no way to truly burglar-proof a merchant against someone who knows how to use the console. (Althought I do applaud your, uh, headstrong determination there, B79.) I suppose I could simply plant the cauldron way high up above the shop, or way low down below it...would that make much difference? No offense taken. I understand that
I'm...special... It all started with a really BAD experience I had in Thailand. Now I insist on checking what's down there, right off the bat, to make sure that I'm not on the set of The Crying Game. EDIT: You guys are really going to hate what I've got in mind for Sexy Daedric Armor....... I know I'll probably love the armour, lol but am
having a very hard time thinking Daedric and sexy in the same sentence!
Still I'll wager it looks just great!

Ah, many votes for Sexy Daedric Armor. Thanks. Very
well, it shall be done. Can't say when, though. Since daedric is non-clear, I can't just copy over my other vest and boyshorts designs...it will have to be radically different. That means I need to hit the sketchpad first, work out a few concepts. Yes, concepts as in plural. I want to have multiple designs of the black & red & silver stuff, so that all my customers are happy. And of course child-proofing will be included. Since I'm in the concept design stage, if anyone feels like throwing pictures at me, please be my guest. EDIT: Well you know what they say, MC...one night in Bangkok and the tough guys tumble...can't be too careful with your company...I can feel the devil walking next to me... QUOTE(Korana @ Nov 20 2004, 09:01 PM)
Oh! You are a goddess. You should have chosen Kali for your handle. Let's see: 1-handed sword, 2-handed sword, 1-handed axe, and 2-handed axe. That should do it. I'm thinking along the lines of weapon packages that will allow a player to use that nice Red Glass Shield on the wall in Korana's Closet Beta. (It's very odd to call the mod by that name when I'm adressing you, Korana.) An optional 5th weapon would be a short dagger / knife, but of course that is usually a stealth weapon so it's not something people would also equip a full suit of armor and a shield when using. I've got it! A Red Glass Throwing Knife -- a long-range weapon much easier to do than the bows and arrows. Probably no need to consider the darts or throwing stars either, since the knives do the most damage. EDIT: Thanks Korana!!!! But...don't overwork yourself. Nobody would forgive me if I held up the release of Solstheim Castle. EDIT2: Thanks MU, I'll make it extra-lewd just for you. For Cenobite: If I remember right, putting the 'NoPickup' script (or whatever it's called) on the chest will prevent that technique from working. Of course, all a determined thief has to do is look in the Construction Set, get the ObjectIDs for the armor, and then use the console to get the items in the game. But a NoPickup chest will stop the thieves who don't know how to use the editor to find an ObjectID. Another way that would make it a real pain in the neck even for people who know how to find an ObjectID and use the console to get the items: have a script running when the merchant dies, that checks for and removes any of the items that are in the player's inventory. Edit: And it the person is determined enough and competent enough to figure out how to stop the global script from running using the console, for that person you put the RemoveItem (after merchant death) scripts on an activator, and drop copies into various towns. I think the only way to get past the last method would be to edit the mod in the Construction Set to get rid of the activators and/or the script on them. Offhand, I can't think of a way to defeat that without editing the mod. This post has been edited by DinkumThinkum: Nov 20 2004, 11:58 PM -------------------- How
